Yalova / Altınova Shipyard Project This project is a turn-key Project where located in a southern Marmara city, Yalova / Altinova, which currently 50 minutes by car and ferry away from Tuzla where existing shipyard district is located in Istanbul. Project contains built in 50286 m2 land area, 15837 m2 total steel structure, 6839 m2 total concrete structure , also 171,76 mt waterfront, a 30 meters long pier and infrastructure, electrical-mechanical, installations. Land/Plot Area : 50286 m², FSI Area : 22680 m², Soil Improvement,     1) 22.481 m2 dynamic compaction     2) 46.540 mt vibro stone column,     3) 29.370 mt h:30 m vibrex piles Pre-Production Halls: Two halls, 6044 m² total area, 1000 tonnes steel consruction, 24 meters column height, 23 meters inner beam. Main Production Halls: Two halls, 6044 m² total area, 800 tonnes steel consruction, 30 meters column height, 23 meters inner beam. Painting - Scrabing Halls: Two halls, 6044 m² total area, 160 tonnes steel consruction. Atelier Buildings: 2204 m2 m² total area, steel consruction. Warehouse Building : 2204 m2 m² total area, concrete skeleton, with non-flammable, galvanized plus painted sided sandwich panel façade lining. Social Facility Building: 4686 m2 total area, concrete skeleton, on progress. Security Building: 153 m2 total area, concrete building. Field Concrete: Power trowel finished, double mesh reinforcement, 32300 m2 total area.
